Gluteal exercises and Brazilian Butt Lift workout videos are largely ineffective for most women. Slender women certainly have less fat to harvest, but also require smaller volume transfers to get a good result. Getting a good result in thinner patients is certainly more challenging, but can be done. Almost everyone has a pocket of stubborn fat on the love handle region of the lower back that is unresponsive to exercise. Liposuction of the love handles makes the midsection and waist of slender women even smaller, and this fat can be transferred to the flat area on the hips to create and hourglass figure. The second most common area to find stubborn fat on petite women, is the outer thighs, this also helps to contour the buttock. Even small changes can positively affect a woman’s proportions, making the overall figure look more feminine and beautiful.
